Leistungen
I studied Marketing Management and chose to work at the intersection of business and technology. At SECOMM, I work as an E-commerce Solution Consultant, helping businesses build and grow their eCommerce websites. Previously, I worked in business development at Enfue, an applicant tracking system (ATS) platform, where I researched prospects, scheduled more than five client meetings a week, and maintained CRM records. At TechSoft, I supported the CEO by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and tracking follow-up actions.
My extracurricular experiences have also shaped how I work with people. At AIESEC in Vietnam, I was a Marketing Executive for international volunteer programs, and our branch achieved the highest volunteer recruitment results among AIESEC Vietnam branches. As a sophomore, I worked with AIESEC members from different countries, gaining early experience collaborating across cultures. I later served as OC PR Team Leader for “Code Your Way - Rock the IT” in Da Nang in December 2023, an event that brought together more than 200 people interested in or working in technology. Through this work, I contributed to engaging the local tech community and promoting international internship opportunities for Vietnamese tech talent, including opportunities in Japan, Malaysia, and Hong Kong,…
In the university course "Product Management in the Digital Age", I also led my team’s planning for a new cassava-snack concept that we believed was not yet available on the market. I helped shape the strategy and divide responsibilities, and our team received first prize for Performance and Innovation. This was one early opportunity to practise taking ownership of an idea, from planning toward a potential product launch.
More recently, I have been involved with the partnership teams at Women in Tech Vietnam and Women Tech Entrepreneurs, where I continue to build relationships within the women-in-tech community.
These experiences have given me a foundation in business, technology, teamwork, and project coordination. I recognize that I still have much to learn, and I’m eager to continue developing my skills, learn from experienced professionals, and take on new challenges in the tech industry. I hope to build on what I’ve learned so far and create meaningful impact.
Grund der Nominierung
I am applying for Category II, "Women High-Impact Project Leadership", because I want to keep developing the ability to take responsibility for a project and help a team turn an idea into a real outcome. My path has included professional work in technology as well as extracurricular projects where I learned to work with people from different backgrounds.
These experiences have shown me that project leadership involves more than having an idea: it also requires clear communication, coordination, and follow-through. I want to keep strengthening these skills and learn how to lead projects with more measurable, lasting impact.
I also gained experience planning and dividing responsibilities for a new cassava-snack concept in my university’s *Product Management in the Digital Age* course. Our team received first prize for Performance and Innovation. This was a supporting example of how I approach a project: helping shape the plan and working with others to move an idea forward.
I am still learning what it takes to become a capable and confident leader. Through my work and involvement with Women in Tech Vietnam and Women Tech Entrepreneurs, I hope to keep building that experience and in time, encourage other women, especially those from non-technical backgrounds, to see that they can contribute to technology and grow into leadership roles.

With a background in Marketing Management, I’ve built my career at the intersection of business and technology. Through my experience in e-commerce consulting, business development, and cross-functional coordination, I’ve developed a strong interest in understanding business needs, connecting people, and turning ideas into practical outcomes.

Inspirierende Geschichte
I came into technology from a non-technical background. I studied Marketing Management, and my early career has taught me that there are different ways to contribute to this field-not only through technical skills, but also through understanding business needs, connecting with people, and helping projects move forward. At SECOMM, I now work with businesses that are building and growing their e-commerce websites.
Some of my most valuable learning experiences started outside the workplace. As a sophomore at AIESEC in Vietnam, I worked with members from different countries and learned how to collaborate across cultures. Later, as OC PR Team Leader for Code Your Way - Rock the IT in Da Nang, I contributed to an event that brought together more than 200 people interested in technology and helped promote international tech internship opportunities. These experiences helped me understand the importance of communication, teamwork, and taking initiative.
I have also had the opportunity to work on an idea from an early stage. In my university’s Product Management in the Digital Age course, my team developed a new cassava-snack concept and received first prize for Performance and Innovation. I helped plan the work and divide responsibilities among team members. Although it was a course project, it gave me a chance to learn how to develop an idea and work with others toward a shared goal.
I know I still have a lot to learn and I am continuing to build my confidence in making decisions, taking responsibility, and working effectively with different people. Through my professional experience and involvement with Women in Tech Vietnam and Women Tech Entrepreneurs, I hope to learn from others, gain new perspectives, and gradually take on more responsibilities in future projects.
Looking ahead, I want to continue growing in the tech industry, improve my leadership skills, and gain more experience working on projects with different teams. I am still figuring out my path, but I am willing to learn, take on new challenges, and make the most of the opportunities that come my way.
