Réalisations

As a female student specializing in Embedded Systems and the Internet of Things, I have demonstrated academic excellence, research capability, technological innovation, and leadership potential through achievements in artificial intelligence (AI), signal processing, computer vision, and interdisciplinary STEM activities. Scientific Research and Publications - First author of “Information-Geometric Feature Learning for Edge-Efficient Waveform Classification,” submitted to IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (Q1, Impact Factor: 7.1), currently undergoing major revision. The research focuses on efficient, information-geometric approaches to waveform classification. - First author of “SSC-YOLO: Spectral-Spatial Fusion Convolution for Ship Detection in SAR Imagery,” accepted at the International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC) 2025 and published in the full conference proceedings. - Co-Author — “AdaSC: Adaptive Flow Matching for Robust Semantic Communication.” Currently under review at IEEE Wireless Communications Letters (Q1). The research investigates adaptive flow-matching approaches to enhance the robustness of semantic communication systems. - Principal Investigator of the university-level research project “Enhancing YOLOv10 for Ship Detection in Large-Scale Remote Sensing Imagery,” successfully completed and evaluated as Excellent. - Named applicant/inventor on a utility solution patent application titled “Artificial Intelligence Model for Spectrogram-Based Recognition of Communication and Radar Signals,” formally accepted as a valid application in April 2026. National and International Competitions - First Prize, SIMIODE Challenge Using Differential Equations Modeling 2024, an international mathematical modeling competition. - Consolation Prize, 32nd Vietnam Student Informatics Olympiad and ICPC Asia 2023. - First Prize, HCMUTE Informatics Olympiad 2023. - Finalist, Web3 & AI Ideathon, Web3 HackFest 2025. - Technology Award, STEAM for Vietnam, organized by Hanoi University of Science and Technology and the American Centers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Academic Recognition and Leadership - Five-Good Student Award, university level, academic year 2023–2024. - Outstanding Student in Academic Achievement and Scientific Research, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, HCMUTE, 2025. - Exemplary Scientific Research Student, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, HCMUTE, 2026. - Advanced Youth Following President Ho Chi Minh's Example, 2025. Beyond research, I have contributed to STEM education, mentoring, and community-oriented technology initiatives, including PIMA activities and STEAM educational programs. I have also gained hands-on experience in field deployment and technical operations of intelligent robotic systems, connecting scientific research with real-world engineering challenges. These achievements reflect my commitment to advancing impactful AI technologies, promoting interdisciplinary research, and inspiring greater participation of young women in STEM.

Motif de la nomination

I believe I am a strong candidate for the Outstanding Female STEM Students Award because my journey reflects not only academic achievement but also a commitment to turning scientific knowledge into meaningful technological and social impact. As a young female researcher in engineering and artificial intelligence, I have actively pursued challenging interdisciplinary research, particularly in computer vision, radar signal processing, and efficient AI systems. My contributions as the first author of an international conference publication and a journal manuscript currently undergoing major revision, together with a formally accepted utility solution patent application, demonstrate my dedication to advancing original scientific research. Beyond academia, I have challenged myself through national and international competitions, earning recognition in mathematical modeling, informatics, and emerging technologies. My experience with intelligent robotic systems has further strengthened my ability to bridge theoretical research and practical engineering. I am equally committed to sharing knowledge and creating opportunities for others through STEM mentoring, educational initiatives, and community engagement. I believe that technological excellence should be measured not only by individual achievements but also by the opportunities and positive impact it creates. Through this nomination, I hope to represent a generation of young Vietnamese women who are capable of conducting rigorous research, developing innovative technologies, and contributing to a more inclusive STEM community.
