Nga Nguyễn is currently the Operations Manager at Daeu AIon GDC Vietnam. She brings over 15 years of experience in organizational development, team building, business operations, technology ecosystem development, and international collaboration. Her professional background also encompasses software technology, Cloud and SaaS, digital transformation consulting, and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into business management and operations. Nga holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, and a Master’s degree in Public Management from the International University, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. She began her career at Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) in 2010. During more than a decade at QTSC, she held various roles in project development, communications, branding, event management, and international cooperation, establishing herself as one of QTSC’s accomplished young managers. She contributed to the establishment and operational launch of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center (DXCenter), while also implementing initiatives to connect digital transformation experts and developing digital transformation consulting frameworks for businesses. Nga also served as a Key Coordinator for the VNITO Alliance, a network connecting more than 200 technology companies and technology leaders across Vietnam. She contributed to the organization of the major international VNITO Conferences in 2015, 2017, and 2019, as well as networking programs, business-matching activities, and trade promotion delegations to Japan and the United States. Since 2022, Nga has been involved in building and developing Daeu AIon GDC Vietnam, formerly known as Daeu Nextier GDC Vietnam, a software development center supporting technology projects for its parent company in South Korea. Her responsibilities span multiple core business functions, including establishing operational systems and organizational structures, implementing internal KPI management frameworks, overseeing business development, building strategic partnerships, and shaping brand communications strategies. Beyond her corporate career, Nga is actively engaged in community development. She currently serves as Operations Director of Women In Tech Vietnam, part of the global Women In Tech network, and as Co-Founder of Women Tech Entrepreneurs, an organization dedicated to connecting and empowering women entrepreneurs in technology across Vietnam. She has contributed to building a community of more than 200 women in technology, organizing over 20 events annually, and growing community communication channels to more than 2,000 followers. Nga is passionate about women's empowerment, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), youth development, community building, and lifelong learning. She is particularly interested in the intersection of AI, technology, leadership, and social impact. She believes that meaningful growth begins with curiosity, a commitment to continuous learning, the cultivation of valuable connections, and the courage to step outside one's comfort zone.
