Ngan (Kimmi) Nguyen is Regional Director of NTQ Europe, the European arm of NTQ Solution, a global technology company. As a young Vietnamese woman leading in cross-border B2B technology, a field still dominated by men and by large Western players, she has built a business, a team and a reputation from scratch and uses her position to open doors for others.
1. Built NTQ's European Market From The Ground Up
Since January 2023, Kimmi has led the establishment and growth of NTQ Europe, with presence in Germany and the Netherlands. She owns the regional strategy, revenue pipeline and client partnerships across Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, the UK and the Nordics. Her focus sectors are manufacturing, automotive, logistics, retail and fintech, where she offers software engineering, dedicated offshore teams, Build-Operate-Transfer and smart manufacturing solutions.
2. Delivered Measurable Revenue Growth.
- As Senior Account Manager for Europe (based in Switzerland), she grew account revenue by 350% in 2022 versus 2021.
- As Business Development Manager for Europe (based in Germany), she delivered a 200% increase in revenue from new customers and designed the plan that defined NTQ Europe's identity in the market.
- Today leads relationships with global manufacturers and automotive groups that hold vendors to the strictest quality and security standards.
3. Positioned Vietnam As A Strategic Technology Partner For Europe.
Kimmi uses every stage to change how Europe sees Vietnam: From a low-cost vendor to a trusted engineering partner:
- Speaker at the International Manufacturing Congress 2026 (Hanoi), on the panel "Smart Factories at Scale" alongside leaders from Beckhoff, Viettel IDC, LAPP and Hitachi Digital Services. VnEconomy quoted her view that factory data will become a direct competitive advantage for manufacturers.
- Speaker and Host of the seminar "Vietnam's Tech Evolution: From Service Provider to Strategic Partner", run with CCI France Vietnam, the Dutch Business Association Vietnam and Linagora.
- Hosted several different global delegations at NTQ.
- Built a wide network of trusted partners on both sides: European embassies in Vietnam, Vietnamese embassies and trade offices in Europe, national trade and investment agencies, and international business associations and chambers. Through this network, she works to shift Vietnam–Europe cooperation from simple outsourcing to long-term strategic partnership.
4. Grew People And A Community Around Her
Kimmi onboards and coaches NTQ's sales representatives in Europe and new presales talent, and actively promotes female colleagues as speakers. On LinkedIn she shares practical views on smart manufacturing and Vietnam-Europe collaboration with more than 7,400 followers.
5. A Long Record Of Social Impact.
Her leadership started long before her corporate career. As a student, she led fundraising and external communication for "Moving to Raise", a YSEALI-funded project fighting human trafficking among at-risk children in Vietnam's border areas; its closing musical drew over 1,000 people and coverage in 20 news outlets including VTV. She also led events for a 2,700-member youth network and volunteered with the US Embassy in Hanoi.
提名理由
Kimmi deserves this award because her journey shows young Vietnamese women that they can lead in technology at a global level, and because she will use this recognition to bring many more women with her.
Kimmi grew from an early-career role to leading a regional business, and built it in cross-border B2B technology sales: A fast, high-pressure field where women in senior roles are still rare, and where a Vietnamese company must prove itself against global competitors every day.
Through her speaking on international stages, her network across Vietnam and Europe, and her active professional community online, Kimmi already reaches thousands of decision-makers and young professionals. This award would turn that platform into a channel for a bigger message: Women belong at the decision-making table of technology, not only behind it.
With this recognition, Kimmi commits to:
- Share honest stories about leading in a demanding, male-dominated industry, the setbacks as well as the wins, so women see a real path and not just a highlight reel.
- Mentor young women in sales, presales and business roles, and open doors for them through her international network
- Keep putting female colleagues on stage as speakers and experts.
For Kimmi, this award is not a finish line but it is a multiplier. Every story she shares and every door she opens can help one more young woman believe that a career in technology, built in Vietnam and leading globally, is within her reach.

For leading with vision, courage and heart in global technology business and for opening the way for Vietnamese women to follow.
As Regional Director of NTQ Europe, Ngan (Kimmi) Nguyen built NTQ Solution's European business from the ground up, earning the trust of demanding clients in a field where women leaders remain rare. Beyond business results, she has become a trusted voice for Vietnam's technology sector abroad, working with embassies, trade agencies and international business communities to reposition Vietnam as a strategic technology partner rather than a low-cost destination.
Kimmi leads by lifting others: Coaching the next generation of sales talent, putting female colleagues on stage, and carrying a long commitment to community causes. Her journey shows that a young Vietnamese woman can lead with confidence on the international stage, and inspires many more to believe they can do the same.
励志故事
As a student in Hanoi, Kimmi organised events for a youth community and raised funds for a campaign that brought anti-trafficking education to children in Vietnam's border areas. She learned early that leadership is about bringing people together around a cause, and that a good story, told to the right people, can move resources and change minds.
After studying in Switzerland, she joined NTQ as an account manager. When the company looked toward Europe, she chose the harder road: Moving abroad, travelling across the EU, and walking into meeting rooms where she was often the youngest person, one of very few women, and the only Vietnamese. Many clients knew little about Vietnam and doubted what a Vietnamese company could deliver.
She did not try to lead by being the loudest voice. She led with patience, preparation and proof: Learning each market's culture, listening more than she pitched, and keeping every promise. Trust grew one client at a time, and with it a European business, a team and a brand.
Today Kimmi stands on international stages next to leaders from global technology and industrial groups, speaking for Vietnam's tech industry. She remembers what it felt like to be the only one in the room, which is why she now holds the door open: Coaching young colleagues and putting other women on stage.
Her message to young women in tech: You do not need to be the most technical or the loudest person in the room to lead. Understand the problem, earn trust, stay curious, and be brave enough to go where no one before you has gone, then bring others with you.
