As a Digital Marketing student at the National Economics University (NEU), I am building an interdisciplinary pathway connecting artificial intelligence (AI), applied research, digital innovation, and science communication. My goal is to understand not only how emerging technologies work, but also how they can be applied responsibly to improve businesses, education, and society.
AI Research and Academic Excellence. My most significant academic achievement is co-authoring the research paper “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Conversion Rates in EdTech Marketing,” accepted for publication in the International Journal of Technology Marketing (Q3 Scopus). I contributed to the literature review and theoretical framework, research design, dataset development, data analysis, and interpretation of findings. This experience has strengthened my ability to connect academic theory with empirical evidence and investigate how AI can inform marketing decisions in the education technology sector. With a first-year GPA of 3.73/4.00, I was also selected as a Student Ambassador for the Vietnam International Innovation Expo (VIIE), organised by the National Innovation Center, and ranked among the Top 20 participants in NEU’s Scientific Research Knowledge Workshop organised by the NEU Student Association.
Digital Entrepreneurship and Educational Impact. I founded “Na đang đến,” an educational TikTok initiative that has grown to over 11,900 followers and accumulated more than 600,000 likes. Through accessible digital content, I share learning strategies, educational knowledge, and development opportunities with young audiences. By combining content strategy with digital platforms, I seek to make knowledge more accessible and demonstrate how digital communication can extend the reach of education.
National Youth Engagement and Science Communication. As a communications officer at the Vietnam National Union of Students, I contribute to nationwide student engagement initiatives, including campaigns that generated over 100,000 youth engagements across platforms within three months. My editorial work with VOV3, the cultural, arts, and music channel of Voice of Vietnam, has further developed my ability to translate ideas into accessible content for diverse audiences.
International Exposure to Technology and Innovation. In 2026, I was selected for the fully funded Asia-Europe Foundation Young Leaders Summit (ASEFYLS) in Norway, where I explored futures thinking, systems thinking, and anticipatory leadership. I was also a delegate in the ASEAN–EU Digital Innovation Forum, the Vietnam–EU Science and Technology Cooperation Forum on Advanced Materials, and the Southeast Asia Youth Internet Governance Forum (SEA Youth IGF). My other international engagements include the World Bank Group Youth Summit, themed “FutureWorks: Designing Jobs for the Digital Age,” and the One Young World ASEAN Leadership Forum. Additionally, I am a member of the Science Diplomacy HUB under the EU-funded CUSP (Consolidating European Science Diplomacy) project.
Together, these experiences reflect my commitment to advancing AI applications, bridging technology and human needs, and making digital knowledge more accessible to the next generation.

My interest in AI began with a practical question: how can emerging technology create meaningful value for people, rather than simply automate existing processes? This question led me to research AI’s impact on conversion rates in EdTech marketing, connecting my academic background in digital marketing with the broader challenges of technological innovation, education, and human behaviour. Having co-authored a research paper accepted for publication in a Q3 journal, I want to continue developing the research skills needed to evaluate technology through evidence, critical thinking, and real-world applications.
I have also sought to translate knowledge into public impact. Through “Na đang đến,” my educational TikTok initiative with over 11,900 followers and 600,000 likes, and my communications work with the Vietnam National Union of Students, I have explored how digital platforms can broaden access to learning and opportunities. My participation in ASEFYLS 2026 and regional forums on digital innovation, internet governance, and science cooperation has further shaped my interest in the intersection of technology, international collaboration, and responsible innovation.
If selected for the Vietnam Women Tech Award, I would use the experience to strengthen my research direction, learn from specialists in AI and technology, and share practical insights with Vietnamese students through educational digital content. I also aspire to organise knowledge-sharing workshops with AI researchers and lecturers, subject to their availability, helping students explore emerging technologies and research opportunities. If selected for the CUSP Working Group, I would seek to deepen my engagement with international science diplomacy and bring those insights into my future work.
I hope to demonstrate that women can contribute to technology through research, interdisciplinary thinking, communication, and collaboration. My ambition is to connect AI innovation with education and international cooperation while helping more young women see themselves as active contributors to Vietnam’s digital future.

励志故事
My understanding of artificial intelligence began to change when I learned about a patient in Vietnam with multiple brain tumours who underwent surgery supported by AI-integrated robotic technology. Learning about the patient’s condition and recovery made me realise that AI is more than an abstract technological advancement. When responsibly integrated into healthcare, it can support medical professionals in making critical decisions and contribute to protecting something irreplaceable: human life.
The case resonated with me on a personal level. It made me think about my own family and the profound difference that access to advanced medical technologies could make when someone we love faces a serious illness. I began to see technological progress not simply in terms of efficiency or innovation, but in terms of the people it could help, the families it could give hope to, and the lives it could potentially protect.
This realisation has shaped how I approach my own work. As a Digital Marketing student at the National Economics University, I have explored AI applications through research on conversion rates in education technology marketing, with my co-authored paper accepted for publication in the International Journal of Technology Marketing. Through “Na đang đến,” my educational digital platform, which has grown to over 11,900 followers and 600,000 likes, I have also worked to make knowledge and opportunities more accessible to young people.
Although my current work is not in medical AI development, I believe I can contribute to a future shaped by technology through interdisciplinary research, science communication, and public engagement. I want to help bridge the gap between technological advancement and public understanding, so that more people can recognise, access, and benefit from innovation.
For me, the promise of AI is ultimately human. It is not only about what machines can do, but about how responsibly we use technology to improve lives. That belief is what motivates me to keep learning, contributing, and encouraging more young people-especially women-to take part in shaping a future where technology serves humanity.
