01투표 횟수 제한
Each valid Google account has 3 votes for the entire Popular Choice voting period of the Vietnam Women Tech Award 2026.
You may use all 3 votes on one candidate or spread them across different candidates. A recorded vote cannot be withdrawn or moved to another candidate.
Each person may vote with one Google account only. Creating or using multiple accounts to gain extra votes violates these rules.
The system counts votes by the time the server receives them, not by the clock on your device. A vote sent while voting has not opened, is paused or has closed is rejected and does not use up a vote.
The Popular Choice award is a separate public award. Its results are not added to the judges' scores.
02자동화 도구 사용 금지
Every vote must be cast by a real person through their own actions. The following are prohibited:
- Using software, scripts, bots, browser extensions or any automated tool to vote or to bypass the human check.
- Buying, selling, trading or renting accounts, or using bulk-created, pre-made or other people's accounts.
- Using multiple accounts to exceed the vote allowance.
- Offering payment or rewards in exchange for votes.
- Trying to distort, tamper with or overload the voting system.
Inviting friends, colleagues and a candidate's community to vote by sharing the link is encouraged, as long as each person casts their own vote.
03부정 투표 무효 처리 및 재집계 권한
The organizers may review votes during and after the voting period, based on the system's technical data (time, account, network, device and unusual patterns).
Votes showing signs of fraud or breaching these rules may be cancelled and excluded from the results. The organizers may block a violating account from voting further. Every cancellation is logged with its reason and the person who made it.
When a vote is cancelled after review, the voter sees the status "Not counted under the Rules" in My votes. The organizers do not disclose the detection criteria in individual cases, to prevent evasion.
When a candidate is no longer on the voting list (for example the entry is rejected), votes for that candidate are cancelled and the votes are returned to the voters.
The organizers may reverse a cancellation if it is later found to be a mistake. Once the results have been announced, votes are no longer cancelled or restored.
When announcing the results, the organizers will publish the total number of cancelled votes, without naming any voter.
04동점 처리 규정
The system does not break ties on its own. When two or more candidates have the same number of valid votes at the same position, they share the same rank.
On the public leaderboard, tied candidates are shown with the same rank. If a tie falls on the boundary of the Top N group, all tied candidates are shown.
When a tie occurs at the top of a category, the tied candidates are all recognized as leaders of the public vote in that category.
Votes are counted as valid votes at the time the results are announced, after cancelled votes are deducted under these rules.
05이의 제기 채널 및 기한
If you believe there has been an error or fraud in the voting, or your vote was cancelled by mistake, send a complaint to the organizers through the channel on the "Complaints channel" page.
Deadline: within 7 days of the organizers announcing the results. Complaints sent after the deadline may not be considered.
A complaint should include: your name or the Google email used to vote (the masked version shown in My votes is enough), what you ask to be reviewed, and any evidence.
The organizers respond within 3 working days of receiving a complaint. The organizers' decision after review is final.
06투표자 데이터 정책
When you sign in with Google to vote, the system collects and stores a minimum of data to give each person one set of votes and to detect fraud. The system does not store raw IP addresses, emails or Google identifiers, only one-way hashed forms, except for the vote itself (candidate and time).
The "Voter data policy" page describes what is stored, why, who processes it and how long it is kept. By signing in and voting you confirm you have read and agree to that policy.
07규정 변경 시 적용 시점
The organizers may amend these rules when needed, including while voting is open. Each amendment states the time it takes effect at the top of the page.
Votes already recorded before an amendment takes effect keep their value. New rules (for example the number of votes) apply to votes received by the server from the effective time onward. Remaining votes never go negative when a new, lower allowance is set.
Voters should review the rules when they see a notice of a change.
08분쟁 시 기준이 되는 언어
These rules exist in Vietnamese and English. If the two versions differ or there is a dispute over interpretation, the Vietnamese version prevails.
Other languages of the voting site are for convenience, show the English version of the rules and do not replace the Vietnamese version.
